If you have maybe 1 or 2 tiles you absolutely must reuse, you could always try soaking them in some type of solvent or adhesive remover
You can’t re-use old tiles period.
You just can’t.
Now the cabinets, if they’re in good shape, you can remove the countertops, separate them carefully from the walls, and remove them so that they can be used again.
Other tham laminates and carpet you cannot save any other type of flooring.. The cabinets are just screwed to each other and to the walls.Just basic drills w/ a proper bit you can take apart the cabinets and save. The counter top as I under stand you. are tiled, those cannot be saved either.. GL
