Are you renting or buying? To save on the costs of doors measure carefully where you think they should fit.buy some wood picture frames and hinges, attach to cabinets and get some pretty fabric and sew to fit or use a hot glue gun to make a seam and a tension rod to sheer them om and wayy laa new doors! The tension rod will fit inside the frame, well once you see it you will get it.Low cost and hides the clutter.Hope that helped. If you are handy and can do corners you can buy small board lumber and make your own.You should plan on a yard of fabric for each door.
Why are you not considering doors. Any cabinet shop can make doors to fit your specific cabinets. It really isn’t a big deal.
Get some small curtain rods or some wooden dowels from your local hobby shop. Buy some fabric to match your decor. Get some seam tape fold the fabric over to make a pocket for the dowel and iron the seam tape on the pocket area and around the sides, unless you sew. Slide the fabric onto the rods and presto, cute little curtains for doors.
Doors are pretty much your only option unless you want to but a fugly board in front of them or something.
Get your boyfriend (or someone) to make you some doors, or even just shop around to see if you can find any. They are not hard to fit at all. You could even call a carpenter and get a free quote if you’re worried about costs.
