She has a very unique style of design and has put her own touches on this house. Most people that come to the house, think it is very beautiful, but it is very deceiving from the road. Most people don't realize the size and design until they step in the home! It has 2 central air and heat units that are about 2 years old (the electric bill runs about 0 to 0 a month, depending on the time of year. The water bill is about to a month. The house has county water and a 1000 gallon septic tank. The kitchen has brand new white, frameless, kitchen cabinets, new stainless steel appliances and new black and white 18 inch ceramic tile. It also has a pantry area and French doors that lead out into the mudroom area (Miami Vice room), or could be an extension of the kitchen.
