These are Indian Meal Moths aka Pantry Moths. First you need to clean out all the infested food from your kitchen,
Then you have two choices if you would like to use non toxic methods (which is a good idea since its a place where the food you eat is made).
One are traps. There are two types of traps, 4 allure traps and xllure. Both traps releases pheromones a substance that moths go crazy over. These traps are recommended and one of the best products you can find out there today.
Another is Pro Citra DL, this is an all natural, organic aerosol spray type. Can be sprayed anywhere even directly on the insect itself.

Those moths are from flour, rice, cereal, etc. and are called grain moths. The article I’ve used as a source also has ways of getting rid of them.
Good luck. I’ve had them and it takes a while to get rid of them.
Those critters are eating something! Find the source of food and clean it up or seal the "food" in proper containers. Grains, bread crumbs, ground coffee beans that are spilled in there ~~~~~ Must be something! Critters only eat and breed. If there is not some kind of critter wh—e house in there it must be the food!
I had an infestation of pantry moths. It takes some work but you can get rid of them.
Clean out your cabinets completely. All the food stuff comes out. As you are pulling it out look it over. See if you see any webs on it or evidence of the moths. If so, throw it away. They will get in rice, flour, cereal, trail mix, dry cat/dog food, tea, cake mix, pasta, oatmeal anything dry liike that. Now, vacuum all your cabinet shelves. Wipe them down with soap and water and let them dry. I then sprinkle on a food safe insect repellant I found at Lowes. It’s called BioGanic. It’s made from cloves and cinnamon so it’s totally safe around your kitchen. I put it all along the edge of the cabinet shelves. When you are cleaning out be sure to try and figure out what food they are nesting in. I kept cleaning my cabinets and it wasn’t until I realized they were in bird seed in the basement and migrating to the kitchen that I was able to get rid of them. If you have dry pet food in the gargae or basement and it isn’t sealed up that could be where they are getting their start.
Once your cabinets are cleaned out you want to work on bug proofing them.
If you don’t already have Tupperware/Gladware/Rubbermaid you need to buy some. Plastic bags will not keep these critters out. Any dry goods need to stored in sealed plastic containers. You can store flour in the freezer to keep them out, too.
They come in on groceries. I had a bunch in a bag of trail mix when I opened it ( yeccch ! ) They were just the larvae at that point. These little wiggly gray/brown things. Gross! Needless to say, I pitched it right away.
