Try citric acid juice.
Mean Green.
this sounds gross…. but…. pee works great.
Dawn dish soap and warm water if that don’t work then try Murphy’s wood oil treatment it is made just for wood and it gets everything out even black mold!!
Use Goo-Gone – that stuff cleans EVERYTHING
Any citrus based product would help. That includes Murphy’s Oil, Goo Gone, etc. You can also try Diet Coke, which is often used to clean grease from car parts.
Try a mixture of 1 part white vinegar to 4 parts warm water. It cleans just about anything in your house.
For wood cabinets, try Murphy’s Oil Soap. For formica cabinets, Spick & Span works well, or Pine-sol, or any liquid cleaner.
If it is a "one-off" prior to painting for example I personally would use a weak lye solution by dissolving caustic soda in COLD water, applying with a cloth using rubber gloves, then a good rinse. This method provides a good key for further painting.
If it is only to remove grease, try sodium carbonate ( washing soda) or the crystals used by painters to clean dirty surfaces.

If in USA try TSP crystals disolved in warm water
Look on my source. It tells step-by-step instructions on refinishing kitchen cabinets. You’re refinishing it, right? Look at my source.
goo gone, i think its in an orange bottle.
Laundry soda will cut the grease. It is excellent for greasy kitchen jobs like the extractor hood over the hob. I have used it on my oak cabinet doors and it brought them up lovely.
